Every year, thousands of children in Alabama miss life-saving medical appointments simply because they lack a way to get there. At Kid One, we believe a child’s health should never be determined by their access to a car. 

In 2025, Kid One traveled over 433,648 miles and provided nearly 16,000 rides to medical appointments for children and expectant mothers throughout Alabama, but there are still so many families that need our help. We can't do it without you, though. Staggering insurance costs and rising fuel prices make your support more important than ever before.  Please consider participating in Fill A Tank 2026 and help us fuel our mission.

Fill A Tank helps sustain a vital piece of the Kid One Transport program by fueling our 14 vehicles across the state. Every $50 helps fill a tank, which directly impacts the quality of life of children and expectant mothers.
